At Liquidation, we strive to provide high-quality surplus and clearance goods at unbeatable prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our liquidation center inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
